The Incredible Edible Egg! PBN celebrates World Egg Day

Did you know that World Egg Day is Friday, October 10? Well, maybe you didn’t know that, but we’re betting you already knew that they make a pretty darned good meal. Unlike a lot of products in the grocery stores these days, eggs are actually quite affordable. Plus, you can whip them up with a variety of common ingredients any time of day.

But even though eggs may seem about as American as apple pie and baseball, don’t forget that it’s World Egg Day we’re celebrating. Eggs are a food staple all over the world. Where else can you get so much nutrition in such a compact package?

This week, in honor of World Egg Day, we’ve asked twelve of our PBN bloggers to post about their eggy adventures in the kitchen with their kids. They’ll share their recipes and post photos or videos of the creative process.
