As you’ve probably noticed, there have been quite a few babies born around here lately! While parent bloggers write about a wide variety of topics other than our children, we certainly do love to show off our new little ones. Let’s face it, they’re pretty darned cute.
But beyond posting several hundred pictures on our Flickr accounts, most new parents also select formal announcements to send to friends and family. Thanks to Magnet Street Baby and their newly re-launched line of magnetic birth announcements, six of our bloggers who’ve recently added to their families each got the opportunity to design and order a set for themselves.
Five out of six babies have been born already, and these mamas (and one daddy!) fortified themselves with caffeine long enough to create their announcements and write reviews. Check them out!
The first day of school never fails to elicit a flurry of emotions in both parents and kids. Boarding the school bus, locating your classroom, and finding your friends at recess - those nerve-wracking first days of school are still vivid in our minds, especially now that many of us are sending our own kids off to school.
