We parents might not be so fond of bugs, but to kids they’re absolutely fascinating. Capturing and observing creepy-crawlies is one of the best ways to spend spring and summer days - from a kid’s point of view, that is.

With these two new toys from the Discovery Channel Store, parents can get in on the buggy action - yes, even you, squeamish moms (and dads). The Bug Net Launcher lets kids capture bugs in mid-flight by shooting a net through the air, and the Venus Fly Trap snaps shut when a motion sensor detects the presence of a bug, trapping the insect inside - just like the plant! Both of these toys are geared toward kids ages six and up.
