Blog Blast This Friday: How Far Would You Go For Your Kids?

We’re pleased to bring you a Blog Blast this Friday in conjunction with Dangerous Admissions, a new Harper Collins mystery fiction title by Jane O’Connor that addresses the issue of how far parents will go to get what they want for their kids.

With that in mind, we’re asking you about your parenting ethics. Would you break the law if it meant keeping your kids alive? Would you lie if it meant protecting your children from harm? Would you wake up your children to return a toy that accidentally fell into the back of your stroller? How have your personal ethics changed since having children?

How far would you go to get your kid what they want or need?

Share your thoughts, stories, and opinions about this topic in a post anytime on Friday, October 5, 2007.

1) Send us the link to your post by Midnight PST on Friday. We’ll be listing the posts by title on our blog, so be creative!

2) Make sure you link the Harper Collins site (http://www.harpercollins.com/books/9780061240867/Dangerous_Admissions/index.aspx) as well as PBN (http://blog.parentbloggers.com) somewhere in your post body.

*We suggest hotlinking the question “How far would you go for your kids?” to the Harper Collins site somewhere in your post.*

3) We’ll round-up all the posts on our blog and one grand prize winner will be picked at random to receive a Visa Check Card for $200.

You know, for college (or really college books), or bail (heh).

And as an extra bonus, FIVE lucky bloggers will be picked at random to get a free copy of the book. Also, the first five bloggers to put a Dangerous Admissions widget up on their blog ON FRIDAY will get a free copy! (Email us at parentbloggers@gmail.com as SOON as you put the widget up).

Feel free to spread the word. We look forward to hearing your take on this topic!
